By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice of cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information relevant to your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect the quality of care provided and is done at your own risk.

Physiotherapy services are provided for rehabilitation and musculoskeletal treatment purposes only and do not constitute emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 000.
