Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation policy

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that the time can be offered to another patient.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice — no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice — a cancellation fee may apply
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice) — full session fee applies

Refunds

If you have paid for a session in advance and need to cancel with more than 24 hours notice, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows, except at the discretion of Harriet Smith Physiotherapist in exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergency).
