Treatment built around your sport

Every session combines hands-on treatment with a clear plan — whether you're dealing with a fresh injury or working back from a long-term one.

Initial consultation

60 min

A full assessment of your injury, your sport, your training load and your goals. Includes hands-on treatment and a take-home plan.

Follow-up treatment

30–45 min

Ongoing hands-on treatment and progression of your rehab program, building toward your return-to-sport goal.

Sports injury rehab

Ongoing program

Structured, staged rehabilitation for ACL, hamstring, shoulder and ankle injuries — built around return-to-play milestones, not just time.

Return-to-running program

Ongoing program

Gait review and graded loading program for runners coming back from injury, or wanting to fix a recurring niggle before it becomes one.

Remedial massage

30–60 min

Targeted soft tissue massage for muscle tension, overuse, and recovery — whether you're carrying tightness from training or dealing with a chronic area of pain.

Dry needling

Add-on

Fine needle therapy targeting trigger points to release muscle tension and reduce pain. Used as part of a broader treatment plan where appropriate.

Manual therapy

Add-on

Hands-on joint mobilisation and manipulation to restore movement and reduce pain — used alongside exercise-based rehab, not instead of it.
